I was told when requesting a new pin that only if it was locked that i would need to use it at a link or santander cashpoint where using the pin services option i could then unlock the card with the new pin so i could use it. App is working fine but i need to use the desktop site and the screen just freezes at customer number despite multiple attempts, clearing cookies, re boot etc. It seems a but crazy to be giving out the majority of my pin when we are always told never to give it to anyone
