It’s mentioned more than once that love is the strongest emotion, even by geto once he’s defeated The new rika is basically the old rika in every way, still acts as a boundless mass of energy that can be shaped into any technique or even curse tool. So yuta losing rika, who he so dearly loved and accidentally cursing her caused a perfect storm of circumstances for the most powerful cursed spirit ever seen

Having rika on top of multiple special grade vengeful spirits and then a huge amount of weaker ones, he could pretty easily achieve his goal of exterminating humans Beyond the 5 minutes time of full manifestation, and the new rika not having a soul, what's the functional difference between the two And, the potential to not only have one of the strongest spirits with the most ce, but the ability to copy abilities to an unlimited amount is pretty damn good imo.

Ryu calls rika a “big thing” and guesses that rika has her own technique

One of the blatant differences between shikigami and cursed spirits is that cursed spirits can posses their own innate technique In other words, rika is more akin to a cursed spirit in ryu’s eyes. The previous rika's name is written in chinese characters but the current rika is written in japanese phonetical characters. Rika can copy techniques even if sukuna uses something like cleave and dismantle or the fire arrow she'd be able to read them and counter them with another technique or match them out with the same technique.

So rika works like an external storage to store the techs that yuta copies He can now use copied techniques 5min a day if i remember correctly What was the scene with yuki clapping once and a bunch of monsters popping up behind him Yuji has been hunting down cursed spirits on the affected area.

Rika bullies so hard it's disgusting

Yuji has hands but rika is quite literally a giant with the ce to back it up reply reply babyrobber • mechamaru was also a giant reply reply markootto • If geto succeeded in obtaining rika, giving him access to the copy cursed technique and possibly tripling his cursed energy (?), and then was given until yuji ate the first finger, to accumulate resources and skills, who would have won?
