Netflix subscribers watching the wwe raw premiere will notice it has been edited Fans revisiting wwe raw’s netflix premiere will notice significant edits, including censored swearing and a shortened runtime. Explicit language has been removed and the runtime is condensed to about two hours and twenty minutes
Commercial breaks are eliminated, making continuous viewing possible. Previously, the unedited version of the raw premiere was available on demand, but netflix has since replaced it with this polished version. The latest episode of wwe raw had a ton of storytelling and hype promos on the road to wrestlemania 41
It’s too bad that netflix censored a lot of it, and fans did not like it
When wwe announced its move from cable to netflix, fans were excited that they would get a much more unfiltered show. The game explained that the sort of stuff that gets muted on the show now won't be an issue on netflix The response was prompted by a discussion surrounding the rock who came under fire this year for swearing a lot on wwe tv and in his social media promos. Chief content officer triple h has been open about how frustrated he gets when the network mutes out crowd chants that have swearing in them
The crowd is a huge part of the show, and it's. The former wwe wrestler and the current chief content officer of the company, triple h, earlier shared that the netflix version of the event will be uncensored, unlike the fox version However, the rock’s entry on day 1 saw some censoring as netflix briefly cut his audio.
