My caprice has started to crank longer than usual, and coincidentally when it started doing it the bearings went out on my alternator and it has a hellacious chirping/grinding noise This is probably completely unrelated, but who knows So starting the car, it cranks fast and normal just takes. I am a number guy and got a little bored, so i decided to compile a spreadsheet with all of the vin/production info that i could find for the ss sedans
