Your item departed a facility in canada on december 21, 2020 at 7:39 pm Basically if this happens to anyone, ask canada post if they issue a new tracking number for within canada. The item is currently in transit to the destination

When i typed the tracking number into canada post, it came up with 'multiple pin' Confusion update i received my package, however the tracking still says waiting lol I just spent one hour and 48 minutes on the phone with canada post and got a firm answer and solution!

My tracking number is pg########ca i'm curious about knowing the meaning of the first two letters as i never had a tracking number like that

Any post canada geek can tell me? [resolved] received a canada post delivery card, but the tracking number on it shows we didn’t find an item so something weird happened today I have automatic tracking enabled for canada post packages under the names of everyone who lives with me (with their permission of course) This item has not showed up anywhere here.

Since there is tracking information on these parcels, there must be a tracking number with canada post Why do some tracking numbers provided by ae not work in canada post website It came with a tracking number on the envelope and another piece of receipt Regular mail doesn’t come with a tracking number

The tracking number is a levelled up service and usually combined with speedy delivery for which you have to pay way more than $3

I hope that i explained correctly. First experience with canada post I live in the united states and i ordered something from etsy on 8/13 and the seller shipped it via canada post on 8/16 where a usps tracking number was generated No tracking number was provided for canada post

Is that normal and how long should i expect to wait? The pic they sent with the postal codes + the tracking number, was it a receipt It's been a long time since i've purchased in store, but if it acts like a small business acct when you purchase your label from home, the tracking becomes active and doesn't show the message you're reporting (it'll say something like label created but not yet. The vendor generates the tracking number when they submit the shipping info online

So there is always a lag between when you receive the tracking info and it appears online on canada post's website or whoever the shipper is

Given the length of time as others have said it is likely coming from china If it doesn't arrive within that time frame, contact the vendor to get your money refunded. If you ship to the us canadian tracking numbers can usually be looked up on the usps site and the delivery information will be there The delivery info may or may not get fed back to the canada post site

So in the case of an item going to the uk try and look up the tracking number on the royal mail site. Different info between usps and canada post.
