Dick's sporting goods what are they thinking There are usually lines or some sort of mark on the spool, i usually go. First ar's now they quit selling fishing gear in retail stores

Ask an employee if that was just the wentzville mo store and he said was the whole region Hold steady tension as you are filling the spool up He went on to say well you can order online

I have no reason to go to any of their stores again.

On 1/22/2020 at 8:44 am, kjfishman said I've had great experiences with dick's as well Don't forget to ask if there's anything on clearance I did and got a loomis rod for $62

I have been to dick's sporting goods in some places that have a large fishing department and others that are like you mentioned Also, fishing gear has a very similar markup to the other items mentioned, especially with the purchasing power that a store of that size possesses. Now all i need is a pole as you can guess, the only stores closest to me are dick's sporting goods and wal*mart I would like a casting pole to go with my reel.

Dick's sporting goods rod shipping/packaging method by northernbasser august 13, 2019 in fishing rods, reels, line, and knots

If you have a dicks sporting goods nearby, or you could order one of these combos online, take a look at a pflueger trion combo They offer a 6'6 medium action rod with a 35 series reel for $60 It can be ordered as a one piece or two piece rod Above that i would recommend the pflueger president combo

I really like the president rod and reel. Stopped at dick's sporting goods to see if anything different was on sale from the last time i stopped in Got to looking at the rods and came across the quantum escalade hd casting rods These are im8, 48 ton m.

“the frenzy series is a joint venture between dick's sporting goods and dobyns

Guys, when a retailer has almost 800 locations, they're simply a big deal The buyers at dick's that i work with are really good guys that i've known for years They asked about a joint venture and the frenzy series was created. Its pretty simple to do man

I wouldn't bother with asking anyone to do it for me The experience is good to know, and you could probably save enough to be able to buy another spool of line From the spool, go back thru your guides, tie a decent secure knot to the spool
