This is just a community. Have had the ticket escalated twice, still cant sign in Question i've been trying to sign up for my rogers account but everything i put in my email and click send code it directs me to an empty page

I don't think it's empty honestly just that the page doesn't load properly

You use your myrogers login information to sign into our rogers community forums, which is a completely separate login from your rogers email address

I wanted to sign up for the account before i port over my shaw mobile numbers since i have autopay on. I work for rogers and can confirm this is real, for customers on eligible tv packages they received that notice and you just have to login to myrogers and click the banner to opt in.
